Dave Taylor,
Director of Leadership

Dave has been at the helm of LDR Leadership since 2018. Prior to joining LDR, Dave spent time within the U.S. Army Special Operations Forces in the 75th Ranger Regiment and the Joint Special Operations Command. Dave served as a Ranger Strike Force Commander, leading teams across eight combat deployments. In addition, Dave served in The Old Guard where he led 650 individuals responsible for laying our nation’s fallen to rest in Arlington National Cemetery. Dave also served in the Pentagon where he often engaged with our nation’s most senior leaders.


Jack Yeager, PhD
Senior Manager
for Performance

For almost 30 years, Jack has provided performance training and consulting services to over 100 companies across the country.  Jack has worked with numerous organizations, including AT&T, Exxon, and P&G.  In addition, Jack served as the U.S. Army liaison officer to the U.S. Special Olympics Committee and as a liaison officer in Europe.


Dylan Payne,
Senior Analyst

Dylan is a graduate of Duke University and holds a degree in sociology, as well as a certificate in markets and management.  While at Duke, Dylan was a member of the Swimming and Diving Team and named as a 2017 CSCAA Scholar All-American First Team selection.


John “JD” F. Dolan II,

As a former U.S. Special Operations Strike Force Commander, JD has worked with organizations of all sizes - from start-ups to billion-dollar enterprises - to introduce U.S. Special Operations methodologies into the areas of problem solving, leadership and team building.  JD earned a BS from Dickinson College and an MBA from Columbia University.  Outside of LDR, JD works to support American veteran’s organizations, including Operation Pay It Forward and Field of Dreams.

Brian McKibben,
Senior Leadership Advisor

Prior to joining LDR Leadership, Brian served in the U.S. Army for 31 years and retired as a Command Sergeant Major. He spent 26+ years at a special mission unit in Fort Bragg underneath the Joint Special Operations Command.  Brian also served as a deployed Task Force Command Sergeant Major for an 800-person element and participated in numerous operational deployments around the world, including Panama, Desert Storm, Somalia, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria.


Jared Ross,
Senior Leadership Advisor

For 24 years, Jared served as a member of the U.S. Army Special Operations in a variety of unique positions, operating across the spectrum of Special Operations missions. Jared also served in key leadership positions for an array of elite forces and multiple government agencies.  Jared graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Clinical Management and Leadership.  Additionally, he holds an MBA from George Washington University and has completed the Harvard Business School General Management program.


Madison Fazio
Business Analyst

Madison is a graduate from James Madison University and holds a degree in finance, with minors in business analytics and studio art.  While at JMU, Madison was a member of several organizations, including the Student Advisory Council, the Google Student Ambassadors, and the Madison Investment Fund.  In her senior year at JMU, Madison was awarded the Outstanding Graduating Senior Student in Finance.


Rich Sexton,

Prior to LDR Leadership, Rich had a strong career in the U.S. Army.  After serving as a platoon leader in Iraq, he took on an appointment as a special operation representative in the U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru.  Rich holds a Finance degree from Mercer University and a graduate degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Outside of LDR, Rich is on the boards of both Operation Pay It Forward and E210.
